Freshwater Land Trust’s (FLT) Junior Board supports the work and mission of FLT: to conserve and care for environmentally-significant land throughout Central Alabama, and to connect the Red Rock Trail System® (RRTS) throughout Jefferson County.
In the simplest terms, FLT conserves land and builds trails so our community is happier and healthier. To date, FLT has conserved over 12,000 acres of land across 14 counties and connected 160 miles of trails, parks, bike lanes, and sidewalks throughout Jefferson County in the Red Rock Trail System.
FLT Junior Board members can be between the ages of 21-40. Terms may be renewed for up to five years.
