Since the affirmations are at a lower volume, only your subconscious mind can perceive the messages, enabling easier acceptance of the affirmations (bypasses the critical faculty between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind).
Repetition is always recommended when creating mindset changes.
There are no spells or "negative" messages included in the recordings. 😍
HEADPHONES/EARBUDS
Headphones are recommended for optimum effectiveness (especially with audios featuring certain beats/tones/waves). One earbud is fine.
I CAN SLIGHTLY HEAR THE AFFIRMATIONS?
Depending on your listening volume, you may hear words being spoken. If it's bothersome, please lower the volume on your device.
LISTENING VOLUME - REGULAR VOLUME RECORDINGS
This is typically your preference, but about 30% - 50% of max volume is often a good place to start. If headphones recommended and you don't use them, you may want to increase the volume in that case so your ears can pick up the affirmations.
LISTENING VOLUME - "SUPER LOW VOLUME" RECORDINGS
"Super low volume" recordings do not need to be adjusted much at all. What I've found success with is using an audio player app that enables playback while audio plays from other sources. An example is playing one of the super low volume tracks using MX Player for Android while playing a YouTube video of any kind (with higher volume).
