  • We are fully booked from December 24th to January 2nd - Re-opening on January 3rd (2026)

  • Deposit.

    If we have availability, to secure your kennel we will require a deposit. For bookings less than $100 payment is required in full within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. For bookings over $100 we require a deposit of $100 within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. The deposit will be deducted off your final balance, final balance must be paid on drop off. Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours from the date on the invoice will result in the cancellation of your tentative booking.

    MONDAY - SATURDAY: 8:00AM - 10:15AM (Closing at 10:30AM) SUNDAY: 5:00PM - 5:45PM (Closing at 6:00PM)
  • Collection times.

    MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:00AM - 10:15AM (Closing at 10:30AM) & 5:00PM - 5:45PM (Closing at 6:00PM) SATURDAY: 8:00AM - 10:15AM (Closing at 10:30AM) Sunday: 5:00PM - 5:45PM (Closing at 6:00PM)
  • Daily Boarding Fees Explained.

    Daily Boarding fees are Calculated on a per calendar day basis. This includes your drop off & collection Day, irrespective of time. 1 dog $35 2 dogs $60 sharing the same kennel. 3 dogs $70 sharing the same kennel.
  • Our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    Refunds are only given if notice of cancellation is at least 14 days prior to booked dates. Deposits for bookings cancelled during peak / holiday periods are not transferable or refunded. No refunds are given for early collections or last minute date change.
  • Administrative Cancellation Fee.

    An administration CANCELLATION fee of $20.00 will apply to cover expenses related to additional administrative services.

  • Veterinary Attention.

    If veterinary attention is necessary for your dog, we will endeavor to reach you first, in the event of not being able to reach you, we will attempt to contact your preferred secondary contact. If we are unable to reach you both, in our absolute discretion, deciding veterinary attention is necessary, the owner will be liable for all such expenses.

    C5 VACCINATION?

    We DO NOT accept dogs that are not current and up to date with their C5 vaccination, all dogs must be vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to boarding with us.

    No C5 Vaccination? Your Dog Will Be Refused Entry And Your Booking Terminated!!
