Okay, here we go. This is a fun exercise to humanize your brand a little. We're going to be asking a few silly questions to get to know your brand better.
For instance, Starbucks can be defined as an upper class independent woman who never leaves the house without makeup. She has a lot of friends who like to be seen with her.
Another great example would be "Whole Foods". WF would be described as a hip, fun, 30-something year old. They care what they put into their body and they want to know where their food comes from.
