If you have hosting with Fusion then any submitted tickets will be timed and applied against your hosting plans allotted time.
If you do not host with Fusion then we will quote the amount of time anticipated to complete your request.
You are responsible for any overages and will be billed accordingly unless you notate that we are to stop when you are out of time within your request.
