1.Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
Fusion Events will issue a booking confirmation outlining the agreed services, date, time, venue, and fees.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, or approved payment platforms.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the client;
More than 30 days before the event: Deposit refunded.
14–30 days before the event: Deposit retained.
Less than 14 days before the event: Full fee payable.
Cancellations by Fusion Events due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund, or a suitable replacement DJ will be offered.
4. Event Logistics
The client must provide accurate venue details and access times.
Adequate space, power supply, and shelter (if outdoors) must be provided for DJ setup.
Fusion Events will arrive approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup.
5. Performance Duration
Standard DJ sets are up to 5 hours, including breaks if applicable.
Additional hours may be arranged in advance and will incur extra charges.
Overtime requests on the day are subject to DJ availability and must be paid immediately, this is charged at £50 per extra hour.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring guest behaviour does not endanger the DJ, equipment, or performance.
Any damage to Fusion Events’ equipment caused by guests or venue staff will be charged to the client.
The client must obtain any necessary venue permissions or licenses.
7. Equipment & Technical Issues
Fusion Events provides professional-grade sound and lighting equipment.
In the unlikely event of technical failure, Fusion Events will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide backup equipment.
8. Liability
Fusion Events holds public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment.
Fusion Events is not liable for delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, power outages, or venue-related issues beyond its control.
9. Force Majeure
Fusion Events shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic restrictions, or government regulations.
10. Media & Promotion
Fusion Events may capture photos or short videos during the event for promotional use, unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bristol, UK.
