Chapter Meeting Visitor Verification Form
PLEASE READ THIS FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO REGISTERING

VISITING SORORS:

·        We warmly welcome all duly initiated members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to visit our chapter meetings. Visiting Sorors must provide proof of membership.  Non-financial and/or sorors financial with another chapter must complete this Visitor Verification Form.

·        This form must be completed no later than Noon on the Sunday prior to a Chapter meeting. If validation is successful, details on registering for our virtual meeting will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.  The form requires your membership number. If you do not know your membership number, please contact National Headquarters by clicking HERE. Responses to additional questions and concerns may be directed to our Financial Secretary at financialsecretary@gwinnettdst.org.

GWINNETT COUNTY ALUMNAE CHAPTER (GCAC) services all of Gwinnett County except Loganville, Centerville, and Snellville.

WHEN: Third Saturday of each month from September thru May (except December when we have no meeting)

TIME: 10:00AM Sharp

LOCATION: Berkmar High School Theater | 405 Pleasant Hill Rd, Lilburn, GA 30047

Visiting sorors should plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of our meeting to check in.
