Fall Festival 2025 Vendor Registration

The 2025 Fall Festival & Chili Cook-Off will take place outside, rain or shine, at the Visitor Center Green on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10am to 3pm.

All exhibitors MUST register with the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce by Friday, September 12, 2025. We reserve the right to select exhibitors based on the balance and needs of the festival. Space is limited.

Vendor & Exhibitor Fees
$50 per space for Current Members of the GCCC
$65 per space for Not-Yet/Non-Members of the GCCC
Late registrations will be accepted as space allows for an additional $10 fee per space.

Exhibitors supply their own tents, tables, chairs etc.,.

Set-up instructions will be emailed to all exhibitors the week before the event.

Are you joining another vendor/exhibitor? We can not guarantee a specific space or neighbor but will try to accommodate any special requests.

I understand that exhibitor/vendor spaces are not guaranteed until I receive confirmation from the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce.
