The 2026 Fall Festival & Chili Cook-Off will take place outside, rain or shine, at the Visitor Center Green on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10am to 3pm.
All exhibitors MUST register with the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce by Friday, September 11, 2026. We reserve the right to select exhibitors based on the festival's balance and needs. Space is limited.
Vendor & Exhibitor Fees
$60 per space for Current Members of the GCCC
$75 per space for Not-Yet/Non-Members of the GCCC
Early Bird registrants may receive a $10 discount on the above pricing if paid in full by July 30, 2026.
Late registrations will be accepted as space allows for an additional $15 fee per space.
Exhibitors supply their own tents, tables, chairs etc.,.
There is no running water or electrical power available to vendors at this event. Vendors are welcome to bring their own portable power supplies, such as generators, but must indicate this on the registration form or inform event organizers PRIOR to the event. Handwashing stations and porta-potties will be available for vendors/exhibitors and event attendees.
Set-up instructions will be emailed to all exhibitors the week before the event.
