The 2025 Claremont Food Truck Festival will occur outside at the Claremont Middle School (107 South Street) large paved parking lot on Saturday, October 11, 2025 AND Sunday, October 12, 2025. The event will run from 11am to 7pm each day. During this same weekend, right next door at Arrowhead Recreation Area, the Eastern State Cup Enduro Mountain Bike Race Championship will be taking place with an anticipated attendance of 1000 people, made up of racers and spectators. Additionally, just down the road at Monadnock Park, the City will be hosting the CVL Soccer tournament with an additional 600 people attending that event daily. Attendees will be asked to make a donation to be admitted to the event and purchase items directly from Food Trucks/Vendors.
All food vendors MUST register with the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce by September 22, 2025. We reserve the right to select food vendors based on the balance and needs of the festival. Space is limited. Food Trucks and Food Vendors registration fee is $75 per day or $125 if participating in both days. Invoices will be sent once an application is approved and can be paid online with a credit card, a check mailed to the Chamber office, or cash/check in person at the Chamber office.
All Food Trucks & Food Vendors are asked to limit their menu offerings to sample-sized portions and will only be allowed to sell items that were included in their original application. We suggest menu items be priced at $10 or less per item.
Electricity and water are NOT available on-site; each vendor must supply their own. Bathroom facilities, handwashing stations, and trash receptacles will be provided.
Specific set-up instructions will be emailed to all vendors the week before the event.
