  • Claremont PRIDE 2025 Block Party Vendor & Exhibitor Application

    If you are interested in being a vendor, hosting an activity, or tabling at the Claremont PRIDE Block Party on Saturday, June 21, 2025 please complete this form.  This event will be held rain or shine in the downtown area including but not limited to Pleasant Street and Opera House Square; if the weather is such that it is deemed unsafe to proceed with the event it will be canceled, there is no scheduled rain date.   Please note that all applications will be reviewed and you are not guaranteed participation until you receive an email approval.   • Vendor space fee invoices will be sent electronically with vendor application approval letters and will have electronic, mail, and in-person payment options.

    Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until the invoice is paid or payment arrangements have been made with the event organizers. 

    Vendor space fees will cost $25 per space.

     

    Community organizations not selling items will have their vendor space fee waived.  

  • By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • All vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event. 
    • All vendors will provide their own tables, chairs, and canopy tents with weights for set up and display.  Please note that stakes cannot be used on the street or sidewalk; tent leg weights are required. 
    • Vehicles are not permitted to stay on Pleasant Street unless they are a part of your vendor space, and approval was granted from event organizers before the day of set up.
    • Claremont PRIDE will be held rain or shine; if the weather is such that it is deemed unsafe to hold the event, it will be canceled. There is no scheduled rain date.  
    • Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.
