PART 3 - Pitch, Fees & Payment Information
PITCH INFORMATION

Pitches will be allocated to your specified size above. Electricity is not provided so please bring your own generator / power supply.

Waste disposal is available on site, visit the event control for location and info.

Any waste left on your pitch at the time of departing, you will be charged a £30 waste fee.

You must only sell the products that you have listed on your application form. If you are found to be selling products not listed on your application form, you will be charged £25 per product. You must keep your pitch clean and tidy at all times. Our Team may conduct random spot checks and we reserve the right to close your pitch if it does not meet the food hygiene standards we expect. You will be inspected prior to the event opening to ensure your pitch is safe, clean and okay to operate.

FEE INFORMATION

Fees for May Motor Fest Caterers are set across the board at £150 plus 15% of your days sales. Discounts are available for Caterers booking multiple pitches. Please complete a seperate form for each pitch, and email trade@geoevents.co.uk to secure your discount.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

To secure your pitch at May Motor Fest, we require a commitment deposit of £75 payable upon receipt of your invoice. The final £75 must be paid no later than 30 days before May Motor Fest commences. The 15% of your days sales must be paid before departure from the event site at Event Control (Cash and Card Accepted, no cheques).

Please note that if your invoice balance is not cleared within 30 days of the event, we will cancel your booking and you will not be able to trade at May Motor Fest. You will lose your commitment deposit. If your invoice has been cancelled, but you still wish to attend and trade, you will be charged a £10 administration fee to reinstate your invoice.
