    • PART 3 - Payment Information 

    • Pitch Fees - Traders ONLY

      Pitch Fees are charged at £75.00 for a 3m x 3m pitch as standard. Each additional meter is charged at £10.00. Using the inputted size of your pitch above GEO Events Torbay will invoice you to the total size of your pitch. Please ensure this information is correct as a £10 administration charge applies to any pitch information changes. 

      Deposit

      A deposit of 50% of your total pitch fee is required to secure your trading space at May Motor Fest. 

      Final Balance

      The final balance of your invoice must be paid within 30 days of May Motor Fest commencing. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled, and you will lose your deposit. You will not be able to trade at May Motor Fest after the cancellation of an invoice.

      A member of the Team will contact you within 7 working days to either confirm your application, or advise you that your application was unsuccessful. 

       

      Reasons applications may be unsuccessful vary and although we in most circumstances will provide you as to the reason why; we are not obliged to.

       

      Successful Applications will recieve an invoice within 24 hours of the team confirming your application.
