    Any violation of this code of conduct will result in removal from competition

    A Player will…

    • Uphold a superior level of sportsmanship both on and off the field, refraining from any unsportsmanlike behavior. 
    • Show respect towards all teammates, opponents, coaches, staff, and officials.
    • Adhere to the rules of the game and consistently exhibit fair play. 
    • Value and honor the thoughts and principles of their peers and coaches to foster a positive team environment.
    • Display inclusive conduct, promoting diversity while vehemently opposing all forms of discrimination, such as those based on race, color, religion, nationality, citizenship, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
    • Adhere to the communication standards set by the league and club when interacting with fellow coaches and players, including on social media platforms.
    • Alert the appropriate member organization's reporting channel if there is a belief that a coach has breached the code of conduct. Players also have the option to directly report such incidents to Guam Football Association (GFA Incident Report Form).


    A Player will not...

    • Violate regulations established by the Guam Football Association.
      Engage in verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional mistreatment, harassment, or initiation rituals towards any peer, coach, or referee.
    • Unlawfully consume or possess substances like drugs, alcohol, or tobacco during Football 4 Schools Jamboree(s).
    • Engage in, initiate, or sustain a romantic or intimate relationship with a coach.
    • Refrain from using disrespectful, discriminatory, or vulgar language.
  • Participations' Affirmation

    I understand that violating any of these rules or code of conduct may result in immediate disciplinary action, including but not limited to, the following:

    Expulsion, removal or both from the competition and future competitions.


    I have read and accept this code of Conduct. I agree to the rules and guidelines stated in this document as a condition of being selected to and remaining a member of the Team once selected.

  • Guam Football Association Release of Liability

    In consideration of the permission granted to ME/MY CHILD by the Guam Football Association (GFA) and/or its affiliate organizations to participate in GFA activities. I hereby release and discharge GFA, its clubs, representatives, officials coaches, agents, employees, officers, successors, sponsors and assigns, from all claims, demands, actions, judgments, and executions, which the undersigned ever had, now has, or may have, for which the undersigned heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, may have or claim to have against GFA, it's representatives, officials, coaches, agents, employees, officers, successors, sponsors, and assigns, for all personal injuries, whether known or unknown, caused by, or arising out of, GFA sponsored sports activities. Further, in case of a medical emergency, I cannot be contacted; I hereby authorize personal associated with GFA to render first aid and/or transport me/my child to a hospital or emergency medical facility for treatment. Additionally, I grant GFA its club, representatives, official's coaches, agents, employees, officers, successors, sponsors to insert pictures or video of myself, my child/ren, or ward in our website and other promotional material not limited to any form of media related to the sport of football. These photos or videos may be images of child/ren, ward, or myself.
