- The Steve and Penny Kubick Outstanding Volunteer Service Award, sponsored by the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce, the Military Affairs Committee, and 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union, honors the exemplary service of Stephen and Penny Kubick.
  
  This award recognizes community members who have made significant contributions to Great Falls, particularly through support of military members, veterans, and their families across active duty, guard, and reserve roles.
  
  The physical award features a locally created painting and includes a biography of Steve and Penny Kubick on the back. It is presented annually as part of the Chamber’s Annual Awards program.
- Criteria for Selection
  
  Nominees must currently serve or have previously served in the Great Falls community.
  - Nominations should provide specific examples and accomplishments demonstrating the nominee’s contributions to the Great Falls community, with particular emphasis on support for military members, veterans, and their families. When applicable, examples may include:
    
    Participation in military base and community activities
    
    Advocacy on behalf of the military and Great Falls community
    
    Volunteer service with local organizations and activities
    
    Contributions to youth or public education
    
    Moral, faith-based, or community leadership
    
    Efforts addressing community or social needs
    
    Participation in professional, civic, or cultural organizations
    
    Personal or professional development
    
    Leadership and other significant accomplishments
  - Any member of the Great Falls community may submit a nomination.
  - Nominations are limited to two typewritten pages, including headers and titles, and should include:
    
    A one-page, single-spaced biography of the nominee
    
    A personalized citation summarizing the nominee’s qualifications and contributions
  - Posthumous nominations are accepted.
