  • We're here to help you with administration and finances so that you can get back to the work of changing the world, one Girl Guide at a time.

    This form is for ALL Districts whether they have or have not yet transitioned to the new Finance Transformation Project to request Youth Invoicing Services for Term 1 / Semester 1 / Annual Invoicing for the year ahead.

    You will be receiving your Youth Lists for verification prior to invoicing during this week (Week Commencing 30 Jan 2026), if you have not transitioned to the new finance system you will recieve the Youth List as soon as we receive this form, with information on the process.
