Team Captain – Race Event Release of Liability Requirement
All captains are required to complete and sign the Race Event Release of Liability. In addition, each individual team member must complete their own Race Event Release of Liability prior to participating in any race league activities. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to ensure that all team members have signed and submitted their waivers before the start of the season. Teams will not be permitted to compete until all required waivers are on file.
As the Team Captain, you are responsible for registering and paying for your entire team.
Captains who successfully fill their team will be considered a Pass Holder themselves on this form and will not need to pay the Non–Pass Holder rate. Captains do not get a season pass, they only pay the season pass price.
