Untimely passing certification: In the event of your untimely death in between receiving funds for a property sale and the closing being signed, there could be complications with your heirs in completing the paperwork. By checking the box below, you certify the following: I, having expressed interest in selling my property at Fruit Haven, hereby certify that I have communicated to my legal heirs per Ecuadorian inheritance law, that in the case of my untimely passing during a property sale event, if the land has already been paid for, they shall either return the funds to the buyer, or sign the property over to the name of the buyer, or whatever other contingency is allowed by the promise of sale contract. If I am married with no children over the age of 18, I have communicated this to my spouse and parents. If I am married with children over the age of 18, I have communicated this to my adult child(ren) and spouse. If I am unmarried and have children over the age of 18, I have communicated this to my adult child(ren) and my parents. If I am unmarried and have minor children and no adult children, I have communicated this to the biological mother of the children and to my parents. If I am unmarried and have no children whatsoever, I have communicated this to my parents.
