Golf Course Event Vendor Agreement:
Vendor Fee: $50 per booth
1. Booth Rental: Rental includes space for a 10x10 tent. Vendors must provide all supplies and materials. AGC/Legend’s will not provide tables, chairs, water, or power.
2. Event is Saturday June27th,2026 from 11am-3pm (vendors can arrive anytime after 9am to setup)
3. Raffle Donation: Each vendor agrees to donate a raffle prize from their business. All participating businesses will be showcased.
4. Raffle Tickets: Vendors will receive 10 complimentary raffle tickets upon registration. Tickets may be used by the vendor or distributed to guests. Additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted vendor rate.
5. Booth Assignment: Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Vendor Restrictions: No alcohol or full meals permitted. Food vendors may offer only bakery items, sweets, snacks, farm goods, produce, sauces, and other non-meal food items. Adult or explicit content is prohibited.
7. Payment & Approval: Vendor confirmation is not secured until payment has been received. AGC/Legend’s reserves the right to refuse any vendor application.
8. Liability: Vendors assume all risk for their booth, materials, and activities. Arrowhead Golf Club and Legend’s Bar & Grill are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury.
