    The Grand Rapids Alliance of Cooperative Communities is an inclusive, community-led, multi-generational housing cooperative, near downtown Grand Rapids, MI where you can experience belonging, making a difference, housing affordability.

  • Cooperative housing is a form of housing where you have the to opportunity to CONNECT upon a shared vision of intentional cooperative living, GROW in character and capacity, and CREATE an enhanced quality of life for our community.

    The experience of cooperative housing is more than just finding affordability, it is an experience also of belonging and making a difference.
