Spring Tour of Homes Builder Entry Submission
Entry Eligiblity: All custom and volume builders are invited to enter ALL Inventory & Model Homes!
- to-be-built homes
- finished inventory spec homes
- under construction spec homes (if model available)
- model homes
Eligible Counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Dimmit, Edwards, Fayette, Frio, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kinney, La Salle, Maverick, McMullen, Medina, Real, Sutton, Uvalde, Val Verde, Wilson and Zavala

*Homes in Comal County (New Braunfels) are not eligible.

Cost per Entry:
- $500 / entry (up to 9)
- $250 / entry (10+)
Example: If you enter 12 homes, the first 9 entries are $500 each, the additional 3 entries are $250 each for a total investment of $5,250.

ALL builders who enter 5 or more homes (including "to-be-built") are eligible for additional promotion opportunities. Ask for details.
