MDC Candidate Application Form

All Entries Due by February 9th, 2026
Eligibility: A nominee must be an active GSABA member, a new home sales professional and must have reached closed (net) sales volume during the 2025 year – January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 of over $1 million. Sales professional must be employed for the same 2025 eligibility year with the same new home builder.

Entry Requirements: Entries must include this completed application form and payment. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Entry Deadline: The deadline to apply is Monday February 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Entry Cost: $40 / entry (before February 2nd); $50 / entry (Feb. 2 - 9th)

Award Ceremony: Awards will be announced at the Million Dollar Circle Awards event in the GSABA Ray Ellison Ballroom on Tuesday, February 25, 2026 at 8:30 AM.

Please note that the award recipient is requested to attend the awards event. Nominees attend event at no cost.
