Thanks Badge II Nomination
The Thanks Badge II recognizes a previous Thanks Badge recipient who is an active Girl Scout volunteer whose ongoing commitment, leadership, and service have had an exceptional, measurable impact on meeting the mission-delivery goals and priorities of GSMISTS or the entire Girl Scout Movement.

Examples and supporting data for Thanks Badge II must be distinct from those included in the volunteer’s Thanks Badge nomination form. GSMISTS may be able to assist in identifying or providing relevant information from the volunteer’s Thanks Badge nomination.

Requirements:
- The nominee is an active, registered Girl Scout volunteer, has fulfilled a full year of membership and is in good standing with GSMISTS.
- The nominee has successfully completed a fterm of service and all requirements for their role beyond expectations.
- The nominee has received the Thanks Badge.
Nominations must be received by November 1st.

Calculation
A minimum of three years must have passed from the time the nominee received the Thanks Badge award before they are eligible to receive the Thanks Badge II award.
