This is the application for a ceremony stipend of $50 towards the cost of a Service Unit Bronze and/or Silver Award celebration or recognition event.

Who can apply for this?
A Service Unit Manager that has Girl Scouts in their service unit who earned a Bronze or Silver Award and is hosting a service unit celebration where all awardees from the service unit are invited to be recognized.
*We recommend you reach out to all your troop leaders to ask them for a list of Bronze and Silver award earners so you can extend them a special invitation to your event and recognize all their names at the celebration.
Complete the form below at least three weeks prior to the event. All fields must be completed for consideration.
Only Service Unit Managers may apply for the stipend.
Your service unit may only request one stipend for one event per calendar year. This is based on the date the event is held, not the date you submit the request. (So if you submit the request in December 2023 for a February 2024 event it will count for the 2024 stipend.)
If approved the $50 will be ACH'd into the Service Unit bank account.
