  • The Good Shepherd Columbarium is available for the interment of cremated remains of parish members, immediate family of members (spouses, parents or parents-in-law, siblings, children, or grandchildren). You may choose a private niche in the columbarium wall. Each niche holds up to two urns of cremated remains. You may also choose to inter cremated remains in the cinerarium cistern. The cinerarium cistern is a large underground area beneath the garden. Remains are interred in the cistern without an urn.

    For a Niche: The cost is $6,150 when you apply. If you wish to pay the $250 for plaque engraving at a later time, your upfront payment would be $5,900.

    For the Cistern: The cost is $700 when you apply. If you wish to pay the $200 for plaque engraving at a later time, your upfront payment would be $500.

    Note: This application may apply to one niche (holds up to two urns) or one cistern space. To reserve multiple niches or cistern spaces, please submit multiple applications.

    The YELLOW niches below are available for reservation. Niches are identified by a Letter plus a Number. For example, C24 is the first niche on the second row of Section C. Please enter your first and second choices for locations below as the availability is subject to change and thus the diagram may not be up-to-date at the time you submit your form.

  • Reminders:

    1. Payment is due when you submit the application. A niche location is not reserved until the full payment is received by the Church. 

    2. The Applicant agrees that the Columbarium Rules, Policies and Regulations governing the Columbarium as now existing and which may exist in the future are a part of this application and acknowledges receipt of a copy of the existing Rules, Policies and Regulations. Applicant acknowledges that persons named above are eligible for interment.

    3. The Applicant or the Applicant's family is responsible for paying the parish's cost to engrave the stone or plaque at time of interrment if not paid in advance.
