Registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted as outlined in the Refund & Substitution Policy below.

Payment Options: Online registration payments are processed through PayPal. If your organization requires an invoice, purchase order (PO), or payment by check, please contact membership@gtbacp.com for assistance with registration.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)

A certificate of attendance will be available upon request for attendees who wish to apply for continuing education credits with their certifying organization. Acceptance of CEUs is determined by the individual certifying organization.

Refund & Substitution Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person who qualifies for the same registration type.

ACP Member registrations may only be transferred to another current ACP member. Full-Time Student registrations may only be transferred to another eligible full-time student. Speaker, Sponsor, and Invited Guest registrations may only be transferred to another person who qualifies for that same complimentary registration type.

To request a substitution, please contact membership@gtbacp.com with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.

Otherwise, if an exception is approved and a refund is issued, any PayPal processing fees associated with the original payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
