Step 1 ~ Complete this Form

You must submit this form by 3 pm of the day you are requesting the off-hire to avoid additional hire charges.

1. The Equipment remains On-Hire until all the following is completed.
   1. You complete this form.
   2. The Equipment is no longer in Your care and control
   3. The Equipment is in rental-ready condition

Step 2 ~ Prepare the Equipment for Pickup

1. Remove all dirt, debris, material and tools from the Equipment
2. Ensure the Equipment's batteries are charged or have sufficient fuel to operate & load onto the Transport Vehicle
3. Place the Equipment in an area the Transport Driver can safely load onto the Transport Vehicle without risk to any people, property or the environment
4. Group all Equipment to be returned in the same area

Step 3 ~ Collection of the Equipment

1. Place the keys inside the Yellow or Red Pouch with the Log Book
2. Ensure the Equipment is not accessible to the public
3. Ensure the Transport Driver has clear access to load the Equipment onto the Transport Vehicle and provide traffic management if required!

The Equipment must be returned to our nearest yard by 11 am on the weekday after your requested return date to avoid additional charges.
