Gas South Impact Award Application
Gas South is focused on helping children in our communities by dedicating our resources to help cover basic needs, education, and illness/disability. To be eligible for a charitable contribution from Gas South, partner organizations must make a significant and sustainable impact in one of the above focus areas for children, birth to early 20’s.

*If an organization receives a Gas South Impact Investment, they are NOT eligible to apply for Gas South funding for three years.

Gas South will give priority to applications that answer the following:
1. Purpose: How specifically will the contribution align with one or more of Gas South’s focus areas (Basic Needs, Education, Illness/Disability)?
2. Impact: How will the contribution directly benefit children in the community?
3. Employee Engagement: What levels of opportunities exist for Gas South and its employees to engage with and use their skills as individuals or as a whole with your organization?
4. Measurement: How will the contribution propose a clear path to positive and measurable results and how will the organization measure and communicate those results?

Gas South supports programs or initiatives and not event-specific sponsorships. Organizations may apply for operational and/or administrative support. Gas South’s funding is unrestricted, so it allows the organization to remain flexible, address current need, and use it most effectively to serve children in need. Organizations do not have to spend the funding within the year – it can be spread across multiple years.
