🚗 **TRAVEL FEE NOTICE**
Travel fees apply for all bookings outside the city limits of Philadelphia — including surrounding counties (Delco, Montco, Bucks, Chester), greater Pennsylvania, and out-of-state.

The full remaining balance must be paid **before the team travels** for any out-of-town shoot. Travel fees will be confirmed with you directly after booking.

By submitting this form, I agree to pay the full performance fee as selected below. This includes the video shoot, edited promo content, and marketing support through Get Right Entertainment.

A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in my slot. Remaining balance must be paid **in full by the day of the shoot**, before any travel or filming begins.

Travel fees apply if the shoot is outside of Philadelphia. Full payment must be submitted before the team leaves for any out-of-city booking.

Payments are accepted via Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, or pre-arranged cash.

I understand that failure to complete payment by the deadline will result in a canceled session with no refund.
