  • RMTi Level 3 Instructor - Application for Certification

  • A student who has completed all of the requirements for certification as an RMTi Level 3 Instructor, as outlined on the RMTi Website, may complete this form to initiate the process of becoming certified and licensed by RMTI.

    After you submit this form, our Corporate Office will process your application and verify your requirements. Once your application has been verified and accepted:

    You will receive an email with an invitation to complete your Instructor Agreement and to pay your Annual Membership fees by logging on to the RMTi Dashboard. Please note - The Annual Membership Fee is separate from, and not included in, the Application Fee you will pay when you submit this form.

    We require that you provide us with a minimum of two (2) work related references, whom we may contact to inquire about you. Please include Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, and how they are associated with you.

  • Step 3: Confirm status as RMTi Level One and Level Two Instructor

    Must have been a Level One and Level Two Instructor for at least 6 months prior to application.

    A minimum of 3 NEW case studies are required to apply. We require that you have seen the person a minimum of 3 times for each case study. Upload using the links below. These cannot be the same case studies you submitted for your consultant application. If you choose to write an article, this must be a magazine/journal/website article with references to cases/clients.
