I undertake Latinissimo Dance classes and courses with the understanding that I do not hold the instructors and/or their company liable for my safety or for any injuries sustained in the duration of the course/courses, or as result of participating in the course/courses. To the best of my knowledge I hereby declare that I am in suitable physical health to undertake this/these course/courses. I understand there will be no refunds on payments for any missed classes. Please select carefully. All Payments Are Final. There is no refund for any course or class unless cancelled by Latinissimo. Changing course after a course has started may only be done within the 1st week. Minimum number of participants per course is 8 and reasonable ratio of leaders and followers. Courses may not be transferred to another person and are non-refundable once payment is received. I hereby also give permission to use my image and/or video of me taken during classes or events for promotional purposes by Latinissimo Dance. Course bookings and/or Private lesson bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. All Payments Are Final.
