Client acknowledges that the Design House and its members provide professional design development, pattern engineering, fabrication and/or production services that contribute substantially to the final work.
Where industry practice allows, client agrees to credit House Of Vincenza and / or its known members who worked on the project for their contributions in public presentations, editorials, social media posts, websites and promotional materials related to the project.
Examples of acceptable credit include:
• Design Development by House Of Vincenza
• Production by House Of Vincenza
• Costume Design & Production by House Of Vincenza
• Pattern Development by House Of Vincenza
Credit language may be adjusted to reflect the scope of work.
Social Media Tagging
When sharing images or videos of completed work on social platforms, client agrees to make reasonable efforts to tag or acknowledge House Of Vincenza when the work represents Design House contributions.
Tagging is encouraged for visibility and transparency within the creative industry.
Portfolio & Documentation Rights
Unless restricted by written NDA or confidential agreement, House Of Vincenza retains the right to document and / or display completed work for portfolio, educational and promotional purposes after public release.
Third-Party Publication
If work appears in editorials, shows, marketing campaigns or media coverage, client agrees to make reasonable efforts to ensure production and design development credits include House Of Vincenza where applicable.
