Ensure Program Partner staff members are never alone with girls. Girls should chaperoned by registered Girl Scout volunteers or with caregiver at all programs

Ensure the identities and personal information of all girl and adult GSEMA members be kept confidential in a secure locked area with restricted access (if available) and compliance with all other GSEMA CISP regulations

Notify GSEMA of emergencies by reporting issues, regardless of type or severity, to customercare@gsema.org immediately using this form

Refrain from taking or using photos or videos of members of GSEMA in any way without the prior approval of GSEMA. If you wish to take photos or videos, please contact your GSEMA contact for more details.
- Follow the strictest COVID-19 guidelines among local, state, or federal restrictions for allowances for gathering sizes, quarantine, testing, and other precautions

Maintain a secure online environment for all GSEMA Members by following online safety guidelines (begining on page 73)

Ensure safe travel/trips for all GSEMA Members by following the travel safety guidelines (beginning on page 192)
- Provide GSEMA with a Certificate of Liability
- General Liability Limits must be a minimum of $1 million each occurrence & at least $2 million general aggregate
