Zoom, an online video conferencing tool, is easy and intuitive and can be used on laptops, tablets and even smartphones. Webcams and microphones are built into many laptops, and phones and tablets utilize audio and video cams as well. Zoom is a great way to bring real-time, face-to-face connections to virtual experiences. Remember: virtual Girl Scout gatherings should follow the same volunteer-to-girl safety ratios as in-person gatherings.

Guidelines for use of GSEMA's Zoom account:
Troops may request a maximum of 1 troop meeting block every 2 weeks.
Please limit each time block request to 90 minutes.
Consider joining with a few other troops and maximizing the capacity of the room!
