Consent form information sheet

The photographs and videos taken at our Girlguiding Cymru Street dance events may be used by Girlguiding Cymru on their website, social media, newsletter and in short films that shout out about the amazing opportunities that Girlguiding has to offer. They may also be used by UDOIT! Dance.

I give Girlguiding Cymru and UDOIT! Dance permission to use photos/videos of me (or my child) for all of the following including digital and printed communications and publications (including newsletters, printed and electronic), Social Media and Websites, Internal Publicity (including newsletters sent to members), Marketing, Advertising or press and Ambassadors/Partners of Girlguiding Cymru.
