All accidents and incidents must be reported to the Festival Safety Team and Site Office, some may need to be investigated and reported to the HSE and/or Festival Insurers.
A copy of this report will be automatically submitted to the Festival Safety Team who may contact you to follow up with any of the details included within it.
The personal information provided as part of the Glastonbury Festival Accident & Incident Report will be stored and processed by Glastonbury Festival Events Ltd solely for the purpose of the legal health and safety requirements of the festival.
