We have recently undergone some departmental transitions. Because of this, we would like to make sure you are aware of the appropriate process and contact for branded collateral requests.
It is our pleasure to provide you with the branded collateral items that you need. We want to provide you with exceptional customer service and get the items to you or your third-party customer in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
To that end, we ask that you allow adequate time for us to gather, pack and if needed, ship your items. Your request should be made at least two to four days before the items are needed. If your items need to be shipped anywhere within the United States, please add an additional 2 days. We are happy to ship your items, but you must provide a physical address. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If your items need to ship internationally, please make arrangements through the mailroom.
If you elect to pick up your items, please come to the 4th floor of the South building. The items will be located on a table a few steps inside the door on your left. Please sign for your items and leave the receipt on the table.
