Terms & Conditions – Community Membership

By purchasing a community membership, you agree to the following terms:
- Non-Refundable: All membership fees are final. No refunds will be issued for missed events or cancellations.
- Transferable: Just event access is allowed to be transferred to another individual or organization.
- Event Access: Members are eligible to attend up to 9 designated events between July and December 2025. Event dates and formats are subject to change with prior notice.
- No Partial Reimbursement: Inability to attend one or more events does not entitle members to a partial refund or credit.
- Behavior & Conduct: Members are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all events. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for violations.
- Communication: All event updates and invitations will be sent via email. It is the member's responsibility to stay informed and RSVP when required.
