  • Wholesale Agreement

  • MAP

    The supplier maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all products. Retailers are expected to advertise Goldpaw products at or above MAP, which is set at two times the wholesale price. Goldpaw reserves the right to refuse sales to accounts that repeatedly violate this policy. MAP pricing may be updated at any time with notice provided via email. Discontinued colorways within an active style may be advertised at up to 25% below MAP. If a product style is fully discontinued, MAP restrictions no longer apply.

    Web Commerce

    Goldpaw products may not be resold on online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Facebook, or similar platforms) without prior written approval. Any approved online store must be owned by the applying business and listed on the wholesale application. Goldpaw reserves the right to refuse sales to accounts selling under unapproved names.
    Retailers may not represent themselves as the manufacturer. All products must be listed under the Goldpaw brand.
    Accounts found selling on unapproved ecommerce channels will be closed.

    Shipping/Handling

    Orders ship from Minnetonka, MN via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. Orders under $750 ship for a flat rate of $20; orders over $750 ship free within the U.S. We do not offer COD shipping.
    We also ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes. For international orders over $750, shipping costs are split 50/50.
    Every effort is made to process and ship orders within 3 business days.
    Out-of-stock items will be backordered and shipped as they become available. Backorder timing may range from approximately 2 weeks to 3 months. Discontinued items will not be backordered.
    Retailers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

    Merchantability and Misrepresentations

    Goldpaw makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its products. Retailers are responsible for the representation and use of products and agree to hold Goldpaw harmless from any claims related to misuse or misrepresentation.
    We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Either party may terminate the wholesale relationship with 30 days’ written notice.

    Animal Welfare Policy

    At Goldpaw, we care deeply about animal welfare and responsible sourcing. For this reason, we partner only with retailers who do not sell puppies or facilitate puppy sales, unless working directly with a recognized non-profit animal shelter.We reserve the right to discontinue accounts that do not align with this policy.
