One registration allows any number of staff from one organization to join the zoom together from one physical location.

If you are a camp group or association, and would like a number of your camps to participate, you can either have them all physically gather in one location (1 registration), or adjust the registration quantity to provide for additional locations. Live Zoom & Participation Expectations:
The training will be presented live via zoom, and will NOT be recorded. Each registration allows one zoom "seat" in the course. All staff from your own organization will need to gather together at a location of your choice that allows for everyone to see the presentation on a screen.

Simple interactive elements of this training (group brainstorms, pair-n-shares, etc.) will need to be facilitated on-the-ground by a member of your team. You will receive a full facilitation guide prior to the training. The facilitator does NOT need knowledge of behavior managment to lead these interactive portions. 

Compassionate Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Bright Moose has set the cost for this course to be as reasonable as humanly possible to make it available to the widest possible range of camps and programs. Fees paid for this registration are used to develop the material and prepare for the training, and to contribute to a prize fund for participants. 

For these reasons, there are no cancellations or refunds after April 30, 2026, unless the program/camp you registered for the training is not operating at all in 2026 or experiences a drastic budget reduction that requires redirection of these dollars. 

Please note that even in the above refundable circumstances, cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This is the part of the registration fee that is going into providing a tangible prize pool for all participants to have the chance to win, and which cannot be un-spent. Thank you for your understanding. 

Responsibilities & Agreements (The Legal Fine Print):
By clicking submit on this form you agree to make timely payment immediately or once you receive confirmation of registration and to take all reasonable steps to ensure your team is able to participate. 

You also agree that (a) this training is informational only and does not convey certification, (b) has no examination/scoring or other evaluation of participants, and (c) that Bright Moose, as well as any owners, employees, agents, or officers, do not guarantee results nor shall any of the aforementioned be held liable for any participant, volunteer, employee or other attendee’s actions, behaviors, illnesses, injuries, accidents, health issues, lapses in judgement or other personal- or employment-affecting concerns in relation to their participation in the training. 

In return Emily agrees to provide a fully resourced, well-presented and beneficial training course for your team. And if you are unhappy with any aspect of that experience, Emily agrees to listen to your concerns and do everything in her power to rectify the situation.
