Physical and water damage are not covered by warranty. This includes broken screens and bent devices. Even if a fault occured prior to such damage, we can only assess that fault from what we have in front of us. If the phone is physically damaged when we receive it, this will invalidate the warranty.
If a third party has worked on your device without agreement from us this may also invalidate your warranty.
If a device returned for warranty is deemed not be covered then you may be charged a $20 shipping and handling fee.
30 day returns for change of mind may also incur a $20 shipping and handling fee (to be fair, we don't tend to charge for this :)).

For warranty claims, we will always attempt to repair your device first. If we are unable to repair it, we will replace it. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund the purchase.
We will only refund or upgrade your device outside of the 30 day return period if we cannot repair or replace it.
Processing time for simple repairs, trade-ins and change of mind should take up to 2-3 business days from when we receive the device until having it shipped back to you or paid/refunded.
Complex repairs requiring work on the logic board may take a week to 10 days. This includes most 'No Service' and earpiece audio issues as well as a small number of power/battery issues.
Once you fill out the required fields and click on the Submit Button you will recieve an email with return instructions.
