    Field Trip Registration

    Thank you for your interest in registering a field trip to Gorman Heritage Farm! If you are registering for more than one field trip program, you will complete one form for each separate field trip. You can make changes after you submit the form by following the links in your confirmation email, or by emailing education@gormanfarm.org.

  • Fall 2026 field trips are currently full. Fall 2027 field trip dates will be posted in March

  • Please Read - tips for successful registration

    • Use this form to reserve ONE field trip program at a time - one date and time.
    • We can accommodate 72 students at a time. If you have more than 72 students, you will need to sign up for multiple program times by filling this form out again.
    • We break into groups of about 8-12 students each. Each group of 8-12 will be led by one of our farm educators.
    • You must provide one teacher or chaperone per group of 8-12 students. There is no limit to how many chaperones may attend.
    • We host field trips Tuesday through Friday.
    • Field trips may begin as early as 9am, but you can choose a start time convenient for you.  Field trips may be 2-4 hours long.  You have the option of staying for a picnic lunch.

  • Half-day field trips: Programs that are 2 hours or less are considered half-day field trips, and they take place in either the morning or afternoon.  Choose one program slot from the calendar below, either morning or afternoon, and then manually enter your preferred start and end times below.  

    Half-day field trip programs include: Farm Senses and Food Sources

    Full-day field trips: Programs that are 3-4 hours long are considered full-day field trips, and lunch takes place during the program.  For full-day field trips, you will need BOTH a morning AND afternoon slot on the SAME DAY from the availability below, and then manually enter your preferred start and end times below.  If both a morning and afternoon are not available, a full day program might not be possible that day, and you will need to contact education@gormanfarm.org.
