Inoperable / Covered Vehicles: Guidelines Sections 10.4-Inoperable vehicle may not be parked within the subdivision unless parked in garage and garage door is closed.
Exterior Maintenance- Guideline Section 4.7-To clean, maintain, keep in good order, repair and replace at his or her expense all portions of the dwelling. Including lawn maintenance-please maintain lawn and shrubs.
Garbage Containers Guideline Section 10.11-Lot owners shall keep trash containers at all times in each lot on the days which trash is collected. Garbage containers can not exceed 24 hours post removal.
Exterior Changes- Guideline Section 4.7.3- Not to paint or make changes of any to exterior portion of dwelling.
Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles- Guideline Section 10.4- No part of subdivision may be used for the parking of any trailer coach, house trailers, mobile home, auto trailer, motorcycle, camp car, recreational vehicle, camper, trucks exceeding 3/4 ton, boats, boat trailer or any vehicle with letters or markings over 4 inches tall or wide.
Nuisances- Guideline Section 10.7 Nuisances- No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on in any Dwelling Unit or in Common Areas or on the Lot of an Owner, nor shall anything be done therein eith willfully or negligently, which may be or become and annoyance or nuisnace to the other Lot Owners or occupants.
