*IMPORTANT*

Approval Required: no exterior changes should begin until approval from the HOA has been provided. Please read Article VI starting on page 17 of the legal covenants for more specifics on architectural approval.

Project Details: All applications should include competently developed drawings to include plans, elevations, construction details, etc. as necessary to fully describe the proposed project. **Generic statement like, "I want to add a shed to my backyard." or "I would like to install a fence." can not be accepted and will delay the approval process.**

Response Time: the 30 day timeline for an official response does not begin until all of the required details have been received by the HOA.

How can you speed up the process? Submit as many details as possible. Such as, specifications of all materials, finishes, exterior colors, size, location etc. Drawings on a plot map are preferred to reflect the location of the proposed change in relation to your property lines. Play it safe: Before mistakenly assuming that your project is "too minor" to require an application, please take the time to send an e-mail to confirm that your assumption is correct.

Inform Your Neighbors: Your neighbors have the right to know of your future plans. Please speak with all property owners having common lot lines with your property along with property owners who may reasonably view the improvement from their property. This discussion is not for approval or denial of any application. It is simply acknowledgment of the changes you are proposing and they may click here if they wish to submit any concerns to the HOA. Once you hit submit below, you will need to take the signature page attached to the email receipt to your neighbors to obtain signtures that they are aware of this proposed project.
