Lawn Maintenance: Architectural Guidelines- All bushes, palms, trees, and shrubs must be trimmed and properly cared for to provide a neat orderly appearance.
Mailboxes: All mailboxes shall be identical. Any changes must have approval of Association.
Garbage Containers: All garbage containers shall be permanently screened from view from all street right-of-ways except on garbage pick up day.
Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles: Guideline Article II Section 3- No vehicle licensed to carry more than Two tons shall be allowed to park on any lot or within subdivision. Section7.- No travel trailers or recreational vehicles shall be parking on any lot.
Inoperable Vehicle: Covenants Section 3. No motor vehicle shall remain parked on any lot which cannot move under its own power, or components.
Exterior Maintenance: Covenants Section 1.:Maintenance or repair is required by the Owner, such maintenance needs to be completed within a reasonable time. Section 14-Owners must prevent unclean, unsightly, unhealthy or unkept condition on any lot. All lots shall be kept clean and free or garbage, junk, trash and debris.
Unapproved Exterior Changes: Covenants Section 5: All house plans/ changes must be approved prior to start of construction.
Enjoyment- Guideline Article II Section 3.-No noxious or offensive activities shall be conducted or permitted which may become nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood.
