The following is the contract for use of the Suncrest Village HOA parking lot and community open space behind the pool. Upon submitting this form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement and will be responsible for the care of the area as described. Any damage done to the area being used will be determined by the Board of Directors. The entire area will be inspected after each use and renters will be notified if any additional action/clean up is needed. Any clean up or repairs that are needed as a result of the use/event will be assessed against the homeowners account.
Use & Reservation Agreement
Terms & Conditions
- Only members of the homeowners association may reserve these spaces. The person signing this agreement shall be responsible for all of those in attendance. The member reserving the space and signing this document must be present during the entire time the area is being used / reserved.
- Guest Limit: 100 guests
- A homeowner may reserve the open space and parking lot for a maximum of one day per event. Reservations can occur during the hours of 8am-9pm.
- The pool / pool house or the bathrooms will NOT be available for use during any reservation.
- All garbage must be picked up and removed from the site. The community garbage receptacles are NOT to be used for private events; event holders must provide their own trash receptacles and bags.
- Any items used for the event (tents, tables, chairs, portable restrooms, etc) must be taken down immediately following the event.
- Any signage must be taken down immediately following the event.
- No fireworks allowed.
- No music or sound systems are to be used unless proper permitting is provided.
- Any damage done to the public property (open area or parking lot) or any private owner lots will be the responsibility of the event holder. The HOA will assume no liability of damages or personal injury, if any. Any repairs/fees associated with damage will be sent directly to the event holder and paid from the event holder.
