Inoperable / Covered Vehicles: Guideline: Any vehicle parked upon the property must be operational, properly licensed, inspected and insured.
Garbage Containers- Guidelines Section 10: All garbage, trash or rubbish should be regularly removed from the premises and shall not be allowed to accumulate. Recycle/ Garbage bins should be removed from curb after collection and kept at the rear of dwelling and not visible from the street.
Exterior Maintenance- Guideline Section 12 :Maintenance, upkeep and repairs of any patio, screens, screen doors, exterior doors, and window fixture and other hardware of the townhouse shall be the sole responsibility of the owner. Bicycles, toys, lawn furniture etc should not be stored on the townhome lawn (Grounds maintenance are not responsible for removing)
Unapproved Exterior Changes: Without approval from the board no exterior changes may take place, including antennas, solar panels or other utility devices.
Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles: Trailer, boats and other recreational type vehicles shall not be parked upon the property unless prior written approval in obtained by the Board. With approval subject to being towed at owners expense.
Animals: In order to provide a harmonious neighborhood, residents should recognize the need to maintain only indoor pets. All laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to dogs, cats, and other domestic animals adopted by local officials are hereby adopted as rules and regulations of the Dutchess Village Homeowners Association. All animals must be on leashes or similarly restrained at all times when outside the dwelling. This applies to animals on your property and on Common Property.Do not let your pet defecate on the lawn areas. Sufficient natural areas are provided to allow dogs to relieve themselves without causing a nuisance. Owners walking their dogs on townhome lawns and Common Property must have a device available for the collection of feces.
