-Garbage Containers (Trash and Recycling Container Policy Page #1): Containers must be placed at the curb for pick up no earlier than Monday. Containers must be returned to the deck area at the rear of your unit no later than Wednesday.
-Parking / Parking Spaces (Parking Rules and Regulations Page #1): As is typical for townhome communities, each townhome resident is granted the use of two parking spaces. These spaces have been specifically assigned to each townhome, with the unit number marked on the pavement. Residents may control the use of their assigned parking spaces as along as the control is compliant with the provision of this document, the Covenants, and any applicable laws. For example, residents may use their spaces for visitors, loan them to other residents, or have unauthorized vehicles removed from their granted spaces.
-Parking Restrictions (Parking Rules and Regulations Page #1): All vehicles must be maintained in good working condition, be properly licensed and properly inspected. No vehicle repairs, other than emergencies, are permitted on the property. No boats, trailers, campers, motor homes, trucks over 3⁄4 ton in size, airplanes or tractors may be parked on the property except those performing maintenance on a temporary basis.
-Quiet Enjoyment (Covenants, Article X, Section 3): No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon the Property, nor shall anything be done which may be or may become a nuisance or annoyance to residents within the Property.
-Signs / Posters (Sign Posting Policy Page #1): Only For Sale or For Rent signs are allowed. No political, commercial (i.e.,remodeling, construction, etc.) or other signs are allowed without board approval. Only one For Sale or For Rent sign is allowed per unit. One additional post for flyers is allowed if it is placed directly next to the advertisement post. Open House signs are limited to one sign per unit on community property. They must be posted and removed on the day the open house is held. Signs must be displayed within five feet of the unit’s exterior.
Unapproved Exterior Change- All plans for exterior changes or additions to your property must be approved by the FRTA and Wood- croft Community Association Architectural Review Board.
