Animals / Leash: Guidelines Section B: All animals must be restrained and controlled by a responsible person when outside of the home or fenced area. Pet owners are responsible to collect and properly dispose of their pert's waste at all times
Exterior Maintenance: Guidelines Section 6a: Each homeowner shall keep the building and ground on the property in good appearance and repair. This will include, but is not limited to: Building doors, windows, roof, and exterior wall or siding
Garbage Containers: Guidelines Section 7b: Trash containers should not be placed at the curb greater than 1 day in advance of pickup and should be removed from the curb no later than 1 day after pickup
Lawn Maintenance: Covenants Article XIII: Each owner shall keep his building site free of tall grass, undergrowth, dead trees, trash and rubbish and properly maintained so as to present a pleasing appearance.
Parking / Recreational Vehicles: Covenants Article XV: Owners of lots shall not be permitted to park boats, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles and all other similar property on the streets in the development, and such property shall be parked in a garage or area screened from the street and adjoining lot.
Unapproved Exterior Changes: Covenants Article II, Section 3.3: No landscaping shall be undertaken and no building, fence, wall, swimming pool or other structure shall be commenced, erected, placed, maintained or altered on any lot, nor shall any exterior painting or, exterior addition to, or alteration of, such items be made until all plans and specifications and a plot plan have been submitted to and approved in writing by a majority of the members of the Architectural Committee
Parking- Guideline-General Rule (B) -Motor vehicles should not be parked on the street overnight. Boats, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, and similar property must be parked in a garage or screened from the street and neighbors. Covenant Article XV-Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the owner of each lot for the parking of motor vehicles owned by such owner, and owners of lots shall not be permitted to park their motor vehicles on the street 1n the development. Owners of lots shall not be permitted to park boat, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles and all other similar property on the streets in the development, and such property shall be parked in a garage or area screened front the street and adjoining lot view. Garage and driveway length and width shall provide a total of three off-street parking spaces per dwelling .. No inoperative or abandoned vehicle of any type shall be parked or stored on any lot or on the streets in the development.
