The HOA does not insure any part of the dwellings. All homeowners should obtain and carry HO-3 insurance policies that provide coverage for the exterior and interior for respective units.
Mailboxes - All keys and box doors are maintained by the Post Master. Please contact them if you have lost your mailbox key.
